I've had stronger kratom before. with other brands, about 2-2.5 grams is enough for me, with this brand I needed about 3-4 grams, but compared to other brands, it relaxes the muscles much more than with the others. It is also definitely one of the better tasting ones. Overall pretty good I would definitely buy it again sometime.
